There are some people who have plenty of time to tend to their skin in the morning and night. They take their time, maybe mix it up and try different things, and it’s a relaxing experience for them…
But for others, that just isn’t the case. Maybe it’s because of our busy work schedule, our kids, our social life—whatever it may be, you just need to get in and get out! But how?
Here is a quick and effective skincare routine for the minimalist and/or for someone who doesn’t have a ton of time. And it can take less than five minutes…
First Step: Cleanser
Clean that face up! Lightly scrub off any dead skin cells or impurities with a gentle cleanser to create a smooth canvas for the rest of your products.
Second Step: Serum
Then spice up your regimen with a serum! Serums consist of smaller molecules compared to the molecules in moisturizer, so it goes deeper into the skin.
There is a wide variety of serums out there and they all do different things. Mine specifically is a power house serum that you will ADORE! It helps to hydrate, calm, and soothe your skin while softening, brightening, and reducing fine lines.
Third Step: Moisturizer
And of course, you’ve got to incorporate a great moisturizer! This will help with all skin type problem, whether you have dry, oily, acne prone, or combination skin.
All of my facial crème’s are designed to hydrate and soothe skin.
Fourth Step: Eye Cream
Using eye cream is an essential step!! Some people think that they can just use moisturizer under their eyes, but that is not the case. The skin under your eyes is a whole separate animal and should be treated as such.
And POOF, you are done. Your skincare routine does not have to be a million steps long, it can be as simple as these four steps and repeated morning and night.
