ABOUT US

With over 15 years in the skin care industry and having cared for a wide variety of concerns, issues, problems, and ages, Rachel can apply her knowledge to guide you in the right direction. She also focuses on products that will allow for an experience while you are caring for your skin. The ingredients have been curated to treat your mind, body and skin.

Our headquarters are located in Maryland.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Most of our products are created through a collaboration between our founder, Rachel, and an incredibly talented local organic skincare formulating company. We also sell products from vetted companies with like-minded beliefs like Dawn Lorraine Conscious Skincare and Botnia Skincare which are both based out of Northern California and have been created by estheticians, as well.

We do avoid using ingredients that contain gluten and soy, but we cannot make any claims due to unknown cross contamination from our ingredient sources. If any product contains nut oils, we make it known on our website and on our packaging.

PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

We accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® and Visa®.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. If you are interested in shipping elsewhere, please send us a message so that we can discuss options.

First, we do a happy dance 🎉

Second, you’ll receive 2 emails from us. The first email will confirm your order. The second email, which contains tracking information, will be sent once your order has been shipped.

We usually package up items within 2 business days. The delivery timing, once shipped, is typically 5 - 8 days for First Class mail and 1 - 3 days for priority mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not typically accept returns but we will make things right if items arrive damaged. Please see our refund policy for more information.
