I hope you have been enjoying your week. My family and I finally decided to take advantage of the fact that school is happening from home, which means it can happen from anywhere! Hopefully, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, but either way, I am more than happy we can get away for a bit.
I had no idea how much our family really needed to look at something new! By no means am I complaining or not grateful for the home that has kept us safe and healthy over these past seven months. However, I did not fully comprehend the mental toll this has all taken on us because we were so focused on “just keep swimming” -because we’ve had to!
Now that we slowed down a bit, and have a new perspective- since we literally changed our scenery- it has helped our mental state in so many ways. This is a lesson I want to put into practice at home. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to go on a vacation. It could simply mean that you just go for a walk in a new park or neighborhood, or take a different route to work- something so simple.
Hopefully you are enjoying the new changes with my blog, newsletter and website. Please contact me with any feedback you have! I would love to hear from you. I would also love to just hear how your are and what changes you have gone through or are still going through. I miss having that connection with you- exchanging stories, laughs and a few tears (occasionally.) Feel free to reach out anytime. I am still here for you!
RFE New Additions
I have multiple products that will be released over the next two months and I am beyond excited about them launching. I apologize for the delay, but I promise that they will be worth the wait. The trickle down affect of production shutting down across the country due to COVID has made it difficult to get ingredients, as well as bottles/packaging. It has slowed down the process a bit, but it also gave us more time to get things “just right.”
Today’s quote is one that applies to all of the changes happening right now.
“Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.”
As always, thank you for reading.
